The LAN Team, a five-person executive group, oversees the large-scale operations of the partnership, including: curriculum, academic achievement, operations, contracts, data analysis and research, professional development, and new initiatives. They are joined by the on-campus leadership team, which is comprised of six principals that oversee the day-to-day school operations at our Leadership Academies.

Dilley is a visionary leader who oversees curriculum, instruction, administration, and student development. With two decades of experience in education administration, Dilley, a former executive director of FWISD’s Office of Innovation and Transformation, continues to advance student progress and educational outcomes through the LAN model.

Clark is responsible for maintaining a culture of instructional excellence, high student expectations, and social-emotional support. She works with instructional coaches, customizes implementation of curriculum, coordinates development of assessment processes, and assists in the creation of annual school improvement plans.

ABOUT ALEX
In his role, Seltzer supports school principals, handles contract negotiations and maintenance, oversees budgets, and manages relationships among TXWES, FWISD, and academy schools. He works closely with vendors, community partners, and non-profit foundations to build educational opportunities for all LAN students and schools.

Naughton leads all LAN quantitative research efforts, which underscore the LAN program design,. creating a comprehensive structure for data management processes. In addition to reporting on successful education initiatives and opportunities for improvement, she oversees all facets of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).

In her role as Operations Coordinator, Mulligan supports program management, operations, and events, while serving as the LAN liaison for partners across the community. She manages all professional development efforts, including the annual LAN retreat for executive and campus leadership teams, and convocation, as well as back-to-school events.
