GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

To meet TEA requirements and the unique needs of each LAN campus, there is a layered governance structure for the partnership. The day-to-day function of the program is overseen by the LAN team, with individual campuses managed by an administrative team comprised of campus councils and LAN principals/administration.

MEET THE STEERING COMMITTEE

The Leadership Academy Network Steering Committee (Steer Co.) is an advisory board comprised of community members, philanthropists, and stakeholders that provide content expertise to help advise the LAN program. Working in conjunction with TXWES and FWISD, this committee serves as a valuable partner in the continued pursuit of excellence that defines the work that we do.
